Retire@Midstream offers both full and sectional title units for sale or for rent. Life rights do not apply and thus your investment is truly yours and you enjoy all the financial benefits arising from any sale or lease thereof. You may be up to two permanent residents per unit or household.
For your safety, every sectional title unit is equipped with an alarm system, panic button and smoke detector.
