Activities

By the time you retire, you may be content with spending your days relaxing. While this is obviously important, it’s just as important and very necessary to focus on your long-term wellness.  As we age, our immune systems change and don’t work as efficiently as they once did.  This means that we need to remain active, engaged with others and emotionally / spiritually balanced.  Retire@Midstream offers many opportunities to stay active both physically and as part of the community.
